I joined my father's law practice in 1994 after graduating from law school at Alabama. My father founded this firm in 1974, and since that time has been representing clients all over Alabama for their various needs. My main practice concentrates on Financial and Creditor clients. Our firm serves as general counsel for several Credit Unions. We also handle the legal needs of those financial clients, including foreclosures, collection, bankruptcy issues, loan closings, compliance, and all other matters related to their financial needs.

We also represent individuals and businesses throughout Alabama with their legal issues. That includes, divorce, child custody and support, DHR and juvenile court, DUI and criminal cases, related adoptions, mediation and arbitration, real estate closings, real estate litigation, wills and estate matters, conservator, guardian and other probate matters. We can form your corporation or LLC, and also help when those businesses close or restructure. We take pride in our ability to meet the legal needs of our clients, and we know that we can help you when the need arises. Please feel free to give us a call.
